Darin Sanone graduated from CSULB with a B.A. in Human Development and specialization in Physical Therapy for 3 years. Along with being a student of Sal Romeo’s, Darin teaches Hatha Yoga classes at The Friends and Artists Theatre.
It wasn’t until a serious back injury that he discovered the true gift of Yoga. Yoga was extremely instrumental in Darin’s rehabilitation and he discovered the supreme relaxation, which accompanied the physical therapeutic benefits of Yoga. Darin believes the relaxation achieved through Hatha Yoga is the perfect precursor to the sense memory work done in class, before a scene, a performance and an audition.
