Calendar Is Now Online! (January 05)
Discussion Board & Calendar Available To Students
We will be migrating to using the online calendar instead of the
sign-in sheet at the studio.
If you cannot access online (which means you
aren't reading this and it is redundant) or you are having
difficulties with the calendar or discussion board, please
call Jan Thornton at (818) 881-6497 and she can help you.
The discussion board is a way to talk with
students, share ideas, post photo's etc. Click on the links to the
left to access the board and/or calendar.
How to register to use the board and
calendar: Click on the Discussion Board link on the left.
There is a register link on the peach colored bar, upper left hand
side. Click the register link and follow directions to register.
When done login.
How to access the Calendar: Click on the
link on the left (Studio Calendar). To add an event, look at the
bottom left hand corner and click the Add a New Event. This will
bring up a panel. In the Title list the time and then name of the
event. Example:: 2-3pm Rehearsal. This is the only place where you
can reference the time. THE TIME NEEDS TO BE IN THE TITLE!
Otherwise no one will know it is booked for that time span. Enter
the date where indicated and you must post in the box a
description of the event. Click submit and you are done.

Student and Instructor Contact Sheet

We are developing an online and printable
contact sheet for students and teachers. If you would like to be
on this list,
Email your information
(name, address, phone, email, VM, pager, IM... etc). This list
will only be available in this password protected area.
